Jump N Play Party Rentals Terms & Conditions

Delivery Policy:

Someone over the age of 18 must be home to sign for the equipment. The driver can deliver your equipment between 7am and the beginning of the delivery window you have selected when you placed your order. IF no one is home, the driver cannot sit and wait. They will leave a card on the door and there will be a fee of $25.00 minimum to redeliver your equipment, if the driver is available to do so. The driver will call you when leaving the previous delivery with an estimated arrival time. If there is any gate codes it is the customer’s responsibility to advised Jump N Play office staff at the time of reservation. Failure to do so and driver has to come back and redeliver will result in a minimum $25.00 redeliver fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Before Driver Arrives: Please make sure that your yard is ready for setup. (I.e. lawns mowed, trash cans, vehicles or any obstacles need to be out of the way. ALL DOG FECES must be removed, set up location cleared. This needs to be done BEFORE driver is scheduled to arrive. If the site is not ready or accessible when driver arrives, or if rented equipment cannot be moved directly on the site (extra handling involved by driver) the customer may be charged an additional delivery fee. If site is not prepared driver might be forced to leave and reschedule your delivery at a later time in which case an additional delivery fee will be applied. You should have a CLEAR and OPEN path for the driver to get to the area where the equipment is to be setup. WE DO NOT FLIP ANY RENTED EQUIPMENT OVER FENCES NOR DOES J.N.P. DELIVER UP ANY STAIRS. WE WILL NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GO THROUGH YOUR HOUSE IF ENTRANCE POINT TO YOUR LOCATION IS TOO SMALL. (Please refer to website for gate entrance requirements to the item you’ve selected) Setup: Inflatables can be setup on grass, concrete, asphalt, hardwood, gym floors, Cleaning fees apply for inflatables to be set Customer shall notify Jump N Play during time of reservation. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure there is a large enough space for setup. Customer is responsible for measuring their setup area to make sure it will fit. If upon delivery time, Jump N Play discovers there is not enough space for setup, then driver will suggest a different set up area or a cancellation fee may be applied up to the full amount of the rental. Hills or slight inclines in set up location should be a maximum of 5 degrees. (Please refer to website for gate requirements on item rented through Jump N Play.) Under any circumstance customer shall not move inflatable once item has been secured by driver. It is up to the driver’s discretion for final location of inflatable to insure the full safety of equipment. Customer will take full responsibility of any damages if inflatable has been moved.

Privacy
Your privacy is very important to us. Your personal information will, under no circumstance, ever be sold or otherwise distributed. All sensitive information is destroyed securely

 

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your credit card information will not be stored on our servers.

PICK UP TIME:

LESSEE/HOMEOWNER/PARTICIPANTS at the location acknowledges the party times and pickup times given at time of reservation. Lessee fully understands that time of pickup cannot be changed and pushed backed due to the high volume of deliveries. Lessee needs to inform all guests of party times and pick up times. Driver cannot sit there and argue with you or your guest about the time he has arrived for pick up. The driver will give you an estimated time window when he/she will be back for pick up. Any delays on stopping or slowing down the driver will result in LAW ENFORCEMENT to be called and a $30.00 Hour charge will be applied for the driver to sit and wait for LAW ENFORCEMENT to show up. Under-Ground-Utilities: Please be ready to inform driver of the existence of any underground utilities (i.e. phone lines, gas lines, septic system, sprinklers, etc.), that may interfere with the ability to stake and/or anchor equipment. Customer assumes responsibility for any damage to underground equipment, or landscaping resulting from equipment installation. Electricity Residential: Providing adequate electricity is solely the customer’s responsibility. Customer must make sure there are an adequate number of electrical outlets, with sufficient power, to keep the units working properly. Otherwise a generator will be required.

Electricity Outlets:

Must be capable of providing a dedicated minimum 15 AMPS for EACH blower required. Please check all electricity outlets you plan to use for J.N.P equipment to ensure there will be an adequate supply of electricity. Insufficient electricity can create major problems during the course of your rental period. (I.e. set up delays for drivers, constant deflation of inflatable during party) therefore, we ask all customers to make sure and exam all electricity outlets to provide sufficient electricity.

Electricity for parks:

A minimum 4000 watt generator is required for all inflatables going to a park, unless park facility provides electricity and customer has ensured there will be a dedicated 15 AMP circuit available. (Which is only good for items using one blower) Please contact Jump N Play to make sure you reserve the correct Amount of generators and blowers.

Park Policy:

Customer should call the local city Park and Recreation Department to inquire about their rules and park regulations prior to placing order. Reservations must be placed in the name of the same person’s name that is on the permit, paper work must match with the city or park. Customer must be present at park at least 1-2 before the time of delivery and 1-2 hours after for pick up. Time window of delivery & pick up will be given at the time of reservation. It is important that your cell phone is turned on, and near you so you can answer it if the driver needs to reach you for any reason. If you don't answer the cell phone and he can't find you, he will leave the park and go to his next delivery. Under no circumstances customer shall leave the unit unattended at time of pick up. If customer leaves rented equipment unattended and damages or lost items occur, customer will take full responsibility and will reimburse jump N Play for any lost or damaged equipment.

Permits:

It is the customer's responsibility to get the PERMIT with the city or park. Parks permits are required for most parks and some do not require any, so please check with local park officials. If permit is required but customer did not obtain it or has falsified information, park officials may require the equipment rented to be pick up during the event, in which case Jump N Play is not responsible and there will be no REFUNDS. Jump N Play has full liability insurance and delivers to all parks that allow inflatables. If park requires the applicant to acquire additional insurance from Jump N Play customer should reserve rented equipment 4-5 days before the event day. That way it will allow time for processing the required insurance certification with the park. It is customer’s full responsibility to insure certificate is properly worded and spelled correctly. Failure to do so may result in cancellation during event from park officials and may need to be picked up during event. In which case Jump N Play is not responsible. (NOREFUNDS) Please be sure to check insurance certificate with local park officials 4-5 days prior to event date. This way it will allow time for any necessary changes to certificate... Confirmation Policy: Confirmation calls are made between Thursday and Friday prior to the event date. We will confirm the date, address, equipment, time, total, how payment will be made, that there is no changes in your event and that you have no other questions or concerns. If you do not answer Jump N Play office staff will leave a message on the numbers provided at time of reservation. Same day Credit Card payment will be a $25 min processing fee. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Cancellation Policy:

Any equipment booked that requires a DEPOSIT, credit card on file he order is placed will be forfeited by the customer for canceling, unless cancellation is due to the rain. It must be raining that day in order for the deposit to be refunded back to customer. If Customer cancels the day before or week before their delivery based off the weather channel predictions a cancellation fee will still apply. DEPOSITS: All deposits for Water slides or Slip and Slide or Dry Slides items will be $125.00, All 4n1 Combos or 5n1 Combos $125.00, All 17x21 or 13x13 Jumpers $ 65.00, Concession Machines $35.00, Generators $35.00, Tables & Chairs $10.00 NO EXCEPTIONS. .All deposits will be forfeited by customer regardless of time frame customer has given to cancel. If there was NO DEPOSIT required for your item and customer still cancels on or before scheduled delivery date there will STILL BE a cancellation fee regardless of the time frame given on the above amounts given for the items you ordered. Customer's credit card info that was given at time of booking will be charged for the required cancellation amount. DRIVERY ARRIVAL: If you cancel your equipment after the driver has arrived either before he sets up the jumper, during or after he sets it up, you will be charged the required cancellation fee based on the jumper you ordered plus a $25.00 delivery fee for the drivers showing up. 30DAYS: If customer reschedules for a later date customer shall have the opportunity to use lost deposits or cancellations fees within 30 days based on AVAILIBILITY of item you wish to order. Credit Card Policy: If the equipment your booking requires a deposit, that deposit MUST be left and paid in full when you place the order. Charges that are put on a credit card will be charged on the day the information is given to the office staff, unless customer requests otherwise. If you select to pay C.O.D. (CASH ON DELIVERY) Jump N Play still requires a credit card to hold the reservation. An authorization check will be done for security reasons. (THIS IS NOT A CHARGE OR FORM OF PAYMENT) All charges must be put through 24 hours prior to the event date. If customer needs to put credit card through on the same day of the delivery, an additional $10.00 will be applied to the total order. N0 EXCEPTIONS Rain Policy: If it is raining or rain is in the forecast and it looks like it’s going to rain on the day of the event, you will be contacted that morning either by the warehouse supervisor or your driver to see if you are still going through with your party and still want your equipment to be delivered. You can cancel when contacted that day, with any and all payments refunded in full. IF you keep your equipment and the driver arrives to deliver and you change your mind and want to cancel there will be a $25.00 cancellation/delivery fee. If you've cancelled your equipment when contacted that morning, you are cancelled for the day and you cannot call us back and change your mind. Driver will already be out and in route with his other deliveries for the day. Even if the weather clears up, we will not be able to deliver it later that day. If it starts to rain after equipment is delivered there is no refund or credit for a later event. Leave equipment inflated so water can run out and wipe it out with a towel if/when the weather clears up and the kids can get back in.

Cleaning Fees:

Customer will be notified within 5 business days of pickup of any additional cleaning fees that may apply to their latest order. Please DO NOT attempt to clean the jumper yourself using chemicals such as Windex or 409. If you attempt to clean, please make sure you use a damp (not wet) towel to wipe off the interior of the bounce area. Under no circumstances are there to be the following items inside or around the jumper, as they can cause damage. Failure to do so may result in a minimum $50.00 - $500.00 cleaning fee. • Water - Water is ONLY to be placed on Waterslides and Slip N Dips. (Be sure to turn off any timers to water sprinkler systems) • Food (includes cakes, desserts, punches, candy and soda) • Silly String • Party Poppers • Confetti • Face Paints • Hazardous Materials In case of an emergency there will be a phone number on the bottom of your rules contract that you sign on the morning of your event. The warehouse supervisor will have that phone on him at all times. You may contact him with any problems that occur during your event. Driver will also leave his contact number on lower left hand corner of rental agreement that you signed on delivery.
